Argentina celebrates Día de la Revolución de Mayo (Day of the Revolution of May), a holiday which is always celebrated on May 25th. It marks the anniversary of the First Independent Government in Buenos Aires. On May 25th 1810, a small revolution took place in Buenos Aires, which was the first step towards Argentina's independence from Spain. Both the flag of Argentina and Uruguay show the symbol of the Sun of May (Sol de Mayo) commemorating May 25. So celebrate Argentina and dance Tango!
