Workshop Description

Ever feel confused about dancing "milonga"? In this workshop, experienced instructor Lauren Whitnah will help explain one of the most fundamental rhythms of tango and how to dance it! Learn what makes milonga happen! This workshop is suitable for all levels.

About Lauren

A newer member of the Wisconsin tango community, Lauren has been teaching tango in Tennessee for some time. She shares her insights from her tango travels with us in this workshop.

Lauren's workshop is followed by The Milonga Matinée 3 - 5 pm, which Lauren will DJ a mix of traditional tango and some alternativo/nuevo too.

Cost

$20 for both tango class and milonga OR

• $15 - just the tango workshop, 2 -3 pm
• $5 - just the milonga, 3 - 5 pm
