Workshop Description

This workshop focuses on steps and techniques when moving laterally.

About Scott

Scott is a "social" dance instructor, DJ and party planner by profession and has been working in that capacity in the Madison area for 35 years. He works with clients on an individual basis to help them achieve their personal goals in all forms of social dancing. In addition to dance instruction, Scott has an extensive knowledge of music and is always eager to learn more! He has often combined his music and dance skills when DJ-ing weddings as well as private, school and corporate events. Scott has received praise for his ability to teach, entertain and connect with people, and puts all his knowledge to use to in the Argentine Tango community.

Scott's tango has been heavily influenced by the styling of Norberto "El Pulpo" Esbrez, renowned for his control and fluidity in tango.

Scott's workshop is followed by The Milonga Matinée from 3 - 5 pm at Cafe CODA.

Cost

$20 for both tango workshop and social dance OR

• $15 - just the tango workshop
• $5 - just the social dance
